Agreement

By using this website or booking a trailer from Austin Premier Trailer Rentals LLC, you agree to these terms. The rental agreement you complete at booking forms part of your rental, and where it differs from this page, the rental agreement controls.

Booking And Rates

Trailers are booked online through our booking calendar. The daily rate and open dates for each trailer are shown live on that trailer's page and at checkout. Multi-day and multi-week discounts are applied automatically at booking.

Security Deposit

We place a temporary hold on your card. The amount varies depending on the trailer type and is displayed at checkout before payment is collected.

Cancellations And Changes

You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees.

Pickup

We operate a contactless system. All pickup instructions are sent to your phone via text. Trailers are stored at 17581 W State Highway 29, Liberty Hill, TX 78642.

Delivery

Delivery is available within a 60-mile radius of our lot. Delivery is priced by drive time and is quoted when you book or by phone.

Towing And Insurance

You are responsible for confirming that your vehicle can safely tow the trailer you rent, including the weight of your load, and for confirming with your auto insurance provider that towing is covered before taking the trailer. No special license is required for personal use.

Using The Trailer

Use the trailer safely, within its rated capacity and in line with the law. Return it on the agreed date.
